Of course if the rest of the world was as sophisticated as China we too would have thousands of highly-trained dolphins to repel pirate attacks. Perhaps we can re-train our mine-hunting dolphins armed with poisonous darts, that is if we've recaptured them after Hurricane Katrina freed them from their enclosure.
